- When are invoices issued, and when are they due?
- Invoices are issued on the cadence in your agreement (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly). Unless your order states otherwise, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date (Net 7).
- How do I pay an invoice?
- Payments are made by wire or ACH bank transfer. Wire instructions appear on every invoice and on your statement. Once your bank sends the transfer, the payment is recorded to your account and appears in Payment History.
- How is interest calculated?
- Past-due balances accrue interest at 3.5% per month on each invoice's unpaid principal past its due date, until it is paid. The Interest Calculation card on your dashboard shows the latest charge, and the Interest summary page shows the full audit trail by invoice.
- How do payment plans work?
- If your account is on a payment plan, you pay an agreed minimum on a fixed cadence (for example, weekly). Each payment of the plan minimum satisfies one period and advances your next payment date to the following one — the dashboard always shows the next amount and date due.
- Why did my next payment date move after I paid?
- That's the plan working as intended: when a payment covering the period minimum is received, the next due date rolls forward to the next cadence date (e.g., the following Friday on a weekly plan).
- Where can I see everything I've paid?
- Payment History on your dashboard lists every payment received — date, amount, and method — across both invoice payments and earlier balance payments.
- How do I download or print my statement?
- Open Statement from the sidebar and use View / Print. The statement prints on Digital Boutique letterhead and can be saved as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.
- What are "Billed Hours"?
- A monthly breakdown of the hours that have been invoiced to your account, including the team's time detail. Open Hours billed in the sidebar and expand any month to see the individual entries.
- I have a question about a specific charge — what do I do?
- Email contact@digitalboutique.ai with the invoice number and the line item in question, and we'll review it with you promptly.
- How do I sign in? I don't have a password.
- The portal is passwordless. Enter your email on the sign-in page to receive a one-time magic link (valid 15 minutes), or use Google sign-in with the same email address on file.
