1. Who we are
Digital Boutique ("we", "us") operates this client billing portal at dbclient.app and dbar.app. This policy describes what information the portal collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions: contact@digitalboutique.ai.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your email address, used for passwordless sign-in (magic link or Google sign-in) and to associate you with your client account.
Billing records: invoices, line items, billed hours, payments received, payment-plan terms, and related notes that document the services we provide to your organization.
Access logs: when you sign in or use the portal we record technical details of the request — IP address, approximate location derived from it (city/region/country), browser user agent, and timestamps — for security monitoring and account-activity alerts.
We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials. Payments are made by wire/ACH directly with your bank.
3. How we use information
To operate the portal: show your statement, invoices, payment history, and project workspace.
To communicate with you: sign-in links, billing notices, and account updates.
To keep accounts secure: detecting unusual access and notifying account administrators of sign-in activity, including approximate location.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host and run the portal — Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), and Google (optional sign-in) — each bound to process it only on our behalf, or where required by law.
5. Retention
Billing records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Access logs are kept for a limited period for security review. You may request deletion of account data that we are not legally required to keep.
6. Security
The portal is served over HTTPS, sign-in is passwordless (no passwords to leak), sessions are signed, and financial data is scoped per client so one client can never view another's records.
7. Your choices
You can request a copy or correction of your information, or deletion where applicable, by emailing contact@digitalboutique.ai. You can sign out at any time using the Sign out link below.
